Comment: Implements polychoric correlations using the Beasley-Springer-Moro
 inverse normal CDF, Genz's (2004) bivariate normal CDF approximation
 (a double-precision extension of Drezner & Wesolowsky, 1990, developed by
 Genz and Ge), and Newton-Raphson (Fisher scoring, with an exact-Hessian
 arcsin-reparameterized fallback) optimization of rho. The bivariate normal
 CDF is translated from Alan Genz's Fortran code (TVPACK, `MVBVU`), as
 packaged in the pbivnorm R package by Brenton Kenkel
 (https://github.com/cran/pbivnorm/blob/master/src/pbivnorm.f). This
 replaces an earlier version of this file that translated a
 Drezner-Wesolowsky approximation from Alexander Robitzsch's pbv package;
 that code is no longer present.
