---"FrogKing.2e.hqx" is a LaTeX2e version of our Frog King sample.
     It demonstrates the book class, as well as the indexing, 
     bibliography, and table of contents capabilities.

---"LaTeX2eMacroMenu" is a sample macro menu for use with LaTeX2e.

---"bencmmib57.sty" is a set of macros for bold math characters.
    It's an extension of the AMS's cmmib57.sty.  It is useful if
    you have the AMS PostScript fonts and use 11pt or 12pt style
    and bold math --- it tells LaTeX to use the 5, 7, and 10pt
    fonts for 6, 8, and 9 pt sizes.

---"AMS-LaTeX2e_Macro_Menu" is a macros menu by Uwe Schmock for use
   with AMS-LaTeX under LaTeX2e.

This folder contains the CTAN files for starting from
scratch (CTANfiles.hqx), an installer, a ReadMe file with some 
important information. This is the fourth revision of LaTeX2e, 
at its first patch level (R4P1).

scratch (CTAN.sit.hqx), the installer (LaTeX.Installer.ftp.bin),
and a Readme file with some important information.
